Machine Feature：
  • The Forming Machine and the Hydraulic Cutting Machine work separately.
  • After SP completes forming, place finishing product manually to ST and cut it into the single product.
Material：
  • PS、PP、PVC、PET、HIPS、PLA...etc. Under 0.1 ~ 2mm plastic rolls.
Operation Flow：
  • (SP) Feeding→Heating→Forming→Cut material into single sheet, place it to (ST) by worker→Finishing.
 Optional Accessory (SP)：
  • Vacuum pump：7.5HP(5.7KW)
  • Air compressor：20HP；Power consumption is 15KW；Air consumption is 600L/min.
  • Chiller：7~10 tons；Power consumption is 7~10kw；Water consumption is 26L /min. (recycle)
