Brief Drawing and Production Flowchart： SPR Automatic Pressure Forming Machine with Tool Punchers

Material infeed is transmitted to the forming plate by chain and without departing from chain. Depending on the type of products, there are two forming plate operation ways of synchronized forming and punching as following：

(Ⅰ) Synchronously completes processing by forming and punching or cutting.

(Ⅱ) Segmented - finished the single product with two molds.

Forming tools with cutting post punch presses.

The mold with steel blade performs forming cut and then the following mold punching and post punching are operated synchronously.

Forming tools with post trim presses or post cut presses.

Forming process and the following punching mold or cutting mold motion performed.
